What is the Law Of Delusion?

The Law Of Delusion first made its way into our reality as a TikTok trend. The basic idea behind it is if you believe in something strongly enough, even if it's not based in reality, your belief can influence your actions and attitudes in such a way that it might help bring about desired outcomes.

Basically what you believe to be true no matter what reality suggests, will eventually become true for you. 

How I Used The Law Of Delusion To Change My Life

I started using the Law Of Delusion back in 2021 before it was ever a thing or even in my awareness. At the time, I had just moved back to Austin, TX after being abroad with my daughters for years. I lived in an old home on a not-so-great side of town. 

I’d been single for 5 years, attracting lesson after lesson after my divorce. And I started driving for Uber to supplement my income because my online business could no longer fully support us with the high prices in Austin, TX.

This was one of my many rock bottom years.

This is also the year that EVERYTHING changed for the better when I started practicing the LAW OF DELUSION.

I was fed up with partying, drinking, hanging with people that weren't good for my soul, and struggling with money.

I saw an event on meetup.com called Spiritual Business In Networking. It sounded like my vibe so I took a chance and went.

There was a couple leading the event.

Instantly, I was mesmerized by their presence as I sat in a hard metal chair in this hot room sipping on the cacao drink they gave me.

I didn’t know what they were talking about but I knew I wanted to be in their energy.

Basically, I’ll take whatever they are having!

After that meetup I signed up for the 3 day Neurolinguistic Programming event they were hosting.

On day 1, I sat up front listening to every- single-word.

By mid day i made my way to the back of the room, and the coach, lets call her Deborah came up to me.

I apologized to her for coughing so much. 

I had this nasty cough for about 6 weeks that would not go away.

She looked me dead in the face and said something I will never forget.

“What are you not saying or speaking up about they you need to speak up about?”

I was dumbfounded and a little angry that she assumed I had something to say that I wasn’t saying.

I went home that evening and had an urge to speak my truth to my clients.

I couldn’t ignore the urge. It was like my whole body wanted me to say something.

Finally, I listened.

I left a message on Marco Polo for all the women in my membership at the time saying that from that day forth, I was going to be speaking my full truth. I was not going to hold back anymore and they have my permission to fire me as a coach if we were no longer aligned.

I went to bed that night feeling so relieved and in my power.

When I woke up the next day, my cough had disappeared.

I was 100 percent healthy with no lingering cough for the first time in 6 weeks!

What is this witchcraft?!

I went to Day 2 of that event and basically invested all my savings into their next two NLP training sessions because I needed to learn everything I could about this.

July 2021 came. I’d already been certified as a practitioner of NLP and hypnotherapist. 

I sat in the cold room at the Austin Convention center surrounded by about 40 other like minded souls training for my Master Practitioner level for NLP.

Here is the thing my coaches do.

If you sign up for a training/certification during the training weeks you pay one price but if you sign up after the training you pay a much higher price. 

I was experiencing so much transformation that I wanted to go to the next level which was called, Speaker’s Academy.

It was a $13,000 investment at the time.

I had just used up all my savings on the first two trainings which were $11,000.

I didn’t have $13,000.

But that did not matter.

I knew I would go to Speakers Academy.

I didn’t know how but I just knew in my soul I was going.

You could even say I was totally and utterly delulu.

Every day someone at the training would ask me if I was going to speakers academy.

I would reply, “ I am already there.”

They would say, “but did you pay?”.

I would reply, “I am already there!”

Because in my mind, I was already there.

I saw myself on the stage at Speakers Academy.

I felt what it felt like to be certified at Speakers Academy.

And your mind can not tell the difference between what is “real’ and what is “imagined”.

I knew without a shadow of a doubt I would go to Speakers Academy for the early bird price of $13,000 instead of the normal price of $18,000.

The Deadline

It was the final day of the 14 day training and I still hadn't paid for Speaker’s Academy. The clock was ticking.

Out of nowhere, an idea popped in my mind.

I stood up and gathered all the courage I could find to go speak to the lead trainer, Deb.

“Deb, I don’t have $13000. I have $3000. I can pay you $3000 today and I can pay the remaining $13,000 in 10 days or you have my permission to charge me $18,000.”

Deb looked at me and said, “Deal.”

I went to the back of the room and paid the $3000 with no plan on how I would come up with an extra $10,000 in ten days.

10 Days Later I had a launch for a new program I was going to create called, “Freedom Life By Design”.

I made $35,000 in sales in 10 days on a program I hadn't even created yet.

I made more money in 10 days than I’d ever made in an entire year.

I called up the training company and paid my remaining balance.

This is the power of delusion and this is just one example of many examples of how the Law Of Delusion has worked in my life and the lives of my clients. 

I practiced the Law of Delusion all throughout 2021.

In 2021, I went from living in a house on the not so great side of town in Austin, TX, driving for Uber, and single AF, to living in my dream villa in Mexico, in a loving relationship with my soulmate, and making six figures all within 12 months of practicing the Law Of Delusion.
